Introduction

Egyptian enterprise Aria healthcare L.L.C., subsidiary of hospital development company American Hospital Management signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emirati national company Index Healthcare Management L.L.C for the construction of US$90 million tertiary-care hospital in Egypt

Budget

The estimated total cost for the project is US$90 million that will be spent in 3 three phases during 2015-2017.

Facililty Highlights:

A 182 bed tertiary-care hospital with multi-disciplinary cancer centre will include a medical office building that can host 100-physicians’ offices. The facility will have interiors spanning more than 38,000m² across 5 floors. Level IIIB will be Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

The centre will include 7 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 20 room emergency departments.
